Lautoka City Council invites sealed tenders from reputable service providers/firms.

The council invites reputable and experienced companies for the following tenders:
- Tender for Area B Street Sweeping and Cleaning Works.
- Tender for Grass Cutting and Drain Cleaning Works for the following ward area’s: –
- Waiyavi Ward Area A, Area B, Area C, Area D.
- Veitari Ward Area A, Area B, Area D.
- Tavakubu Ward Area A, Area C, Area D.
- Tender for Cleaning Blockages, Minor Repair and Maintenance Works.
All tenders must be on prescribed tender forms issued with tender documents obtained from the Chief Executive Officer’s Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $ 28.00 for each complete set. Tender on prescribed tender form together with $1000.00 refundable deposit would only be considered.

Sealed tenders marked with the respective tender names as listed above, on envelope are to be deposited in the Tender Box no later than Friday 17th May 2024 at 3.30 p.m. with the Chief Executive Officer, Lautoka City Council, 169 Vitogo Parade, Lautoka.
Lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tender To Rent Canteen Space at Churchill Park

Lautoka City Council invites tender to rent canteen space at Churchill Park Ground Number one (1). The size of the canteen is 18m².
The Canteen Space is located at the back of Pavilion B with no Kitchen, is only suitable for selling of refreshments, pre-packed snacks and confectioneries during games.
Tenders in the prescribed tender forms which are available with the cashier and also in Council’s Website www.lautokacitycouncil.com.fj will only be considered.

Interested parties are required to offer monthly rental and submit company or personal details for Council’s consideration.

Lautoka City Council is inviting expression of interest from reputable businesses or persons interested to operate food stall or food caravan business from Councils Public Spaces, Lautoka.
Please refer to “Lautoka City Councils Food Caravan Policy” available from Council office which stipulates applicable fees, licensing requirements, locations, operation hours and other conditions.
The expression of interest is sought for the following:
- Full details of applicants (copy of company registration, Tax registration and valid ID)
- Nature of food business with details.
- Any other information.

Tender For Collection Of Garbage [Rural Extended Areas]

Lautoka City Council invites tenders from reputable companies for: –
a) Hourly Rate for “SUPPLY OF 5-7 TON TIPPER TRUCK” with high gates with three (3) labourers – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
b) Fixed Lump Sum Price for one (1) year – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
Tenderers are to provide company profile, statutory documents, availability of backup truck, model and make of the tendered item and its availability with supporting documents for 1 & 2.
Collection of garbage will be done once a week in respective areas. Details regarding collection of garbage to be in prescribed tender forms available from the cashier, Lautoka City Council for a fee of $30.00 each.
All price quoted shall be VIP figure fixed for a period of 6 months from the date acceptance of the tender.
