Tender for Servers Upgrade – Lautoka City Council
Lautoka City Council invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced companies for the following:
- Supply and Installation of upgraded server hardware and related infrastructure
- Server Upgrade including data migration, configuration, and system optimization
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) installation for server backup and reliability
- Provision of an ongoing Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance and support
The project is to be carried out at the Lautoka City Council Headquarters.

- Capability to provide ongoing technical support as per SLA terms

Lautoka City Council invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced companies for the supply, installation, and Leasing of Multifunctional Printers at Lautoka City Council HQ
Printer Requirements:
- Authorized Dealer: technical specifications for the MFPs (e.g., brand, efficiency, features)
- MFP Features: Specific requirements for the MFPs may include monochrome, print volume capacity, features like scanning and copying, security features, and energy efficiency.
- Network Connectivity: The MFPs must be fully functional, network-ready devices.
- Condition: Suppliers must provide brand-new units, not used or refurbished ones, for lease.
- Ongoing Support: A comprehensive plan detailing how the supplier will deliver services, including preventative maintenance, incident management, and response times, is required

The council hereby invite tenders from reputable companies for:
- Repairs and Servicing to Electronic Weighbridge (Model Ranger 5230) at Vunato Landfill Site
- Annual Calibration and Government Stamping (Certification) of Electronic weighbridge (Capacity: 40,000 kg x 20 kg)
- The tender amount shall cover all costs and includes but not limited to service, repairs, inspectors’ fees, hire/loading/transportation/unloading of test weights, pretests, fork lifts etc
Interested companies can inspect the weighbridge at Vunato before submitting the tender. The company shall also be able to provide back up support which includes but not limited to service, repairs, fault detection, IT services in terms of software maintenance and management.

Scope of Works:
The successful contractor will be responsible for the delivery and installation of CCTV cameras across key locations, including:
- Main Market (including handicraft, convenience areas, and middle posts)
- New Wing Market (including mall passage, grog session, kiosk, bus station)
- Bus Stand (including convenience and police post area)
- Handicraft Market (interior and exterior)

Camera Requirements
- A total of 32 IP Cameras (Bullet/Dome type)
- Cameras must provide high-definition video and be suitable for day/night operation

- The system should support remote monitoring, motion detection, storage (NVR), backup, and integration with existing IT infrastructure

a) Hourly Rate for “SUPPLY OF 5-7 TON TIPPER TRUCK” with high gates with three (3) labourers – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
b) Fixed Lump Sum Price for one (1) year – Garbage Collection Works in Rural Extended Areas specified in the tender documents.
Tenderers are to provide company profile, statutory documents, availability of backup truck, model and make of the tendered item and its availability with supporting documents for 1 & 2.
